Summary

We need an expert to build an AI-driven software development lifecycle platform that connects GitHub, Jira, and a Google Cloud VM-based development environment. The system should support spec-driven development, feature enhancements, and bug fixes using Claude-powered workflows and tools similar to Graffy or other tools to reduce token consumption, remembering context (Obsidian or something else?) etc. You will help design the architecture, implement integrations, and ensure the platform enables efficient development, testing, and deployment across the full lifecycle. We will take a reference online app, simple chatbot app to make the workflow possible.
