Full training and SOPs provided . we need speed and consistency, not experience with our exact stack. What you'll do daily: Source winning products on Kalodata — filter by spend, engagement, and niche, log the best finds Upload content to our accounts on schedule, correctly named and tagged Scroll TikTok for new trending formats and save anything gaining traction fast Track numbers in our sheet: views, spend, orders, what's working and what died Must-haves: Fast and organized — you finish what's assigned the day it's assigned Comfortable in Google Sheets and following a written SOP exactly Good written English and a TikTok account you actually use
