Dropshipping Virtual Assistant / E-Commerce Specialist

Hello everyone, We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dropshipping Virtual Assistant / E-Commerce Specialist to help manage and operate a dropshipping business. The ideal candidate should understand the overall dropshipping business model and be comfortable handling day-to-day operations across different e-commerce platforms. We are not looking for someone experienced with only one specific platform—we are more interested in someone who understands the full process of running and growing a dropshipping business. Responsibilities may include: * Manage the dropshipping business A–Z, including product research, store setup, product listings, supplier coordination, order management, and customer service. * Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for products and store. * Monitor performance, analyze results, and continuously improve products, ads, listings, and overall profitability. * Handle day-to-day operations and provide regular updates on progress and performance. Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience with dropshipping or e-commerce * Familiar with platforms such as Shopify, eBay, or similar marketplaces * Strong product research skills * Good understanding of supplier sourcing and fulfillment * Detail-oriented and organized * Reliable and able to work independently * Good written English and communication skills * Able to follow systems while also suggesting improvements The goal is for this to become a long-term position for the right person. We are looking for someone who can eventually take responsibility for much of the daily operation of the business rather than simply completing isolated tasks. Bonus: besides the monthly base, this position will include monthly performance bonuses once things are setup properly.
