Dubsado Account Setup for Quotes

Dubsado Setup Specialist Needed I'm looking for an experienced Dubsado specialist to build and automate my client quote process. Scope of Work I need three separate quote workflows set up for different service types. Each workflow should include automated stages for: Quote Sent – Send professional quotes/proposals and collect electronic signatures. Quote Signed – Automatically confirm receipt of the signed quote and communicate next steps. Payment Received – Send payment confirmation and update the client status. Thank You & Review Request – Send a thank-you message and request a review/testimonial. Client Data Management All client and lead information should be captured and organized within Dubsado, including contact details, quotes, signed agreements, payments, and communication history. The setup should make it easy to search, retrieve, and export data for use in another CRM in the future. Training Required Once the setup is complete, I would like a walkthrough and training session so I can manage the system myself. This should include how to: Update pricing and services Edit proposals, forms, and contracts Modify terms and conditions Update automated emails and workflows Maintain and organize client records Deliverables Three fully functioning Dubsado quote workflows Automated emails and status updates for each workflow stage Professional proposal/quote templates Organized client database structure Training and documentation so I can make future updates independently I'm looking for someone with strong Dubsado and workflow automation experience who can create an efficient, professional client experience while ensuring I can comfortably manage the system after implementation.
