Dutch emigration tax: eindafrekening/goodwill valuation + M-biljet 2026

We're a Dutch e-commerce business (eenmanszaak, Amazon USA FBA) and the owner is emigrating from the Netherlands to Indonesia on 1 October 2026. We need a Dutch tax specialist for the business exit tax, separate from our bookkeeper. Two phases: Phase 1 (now, priority): an indicative box 1 eindafrekening / stakingswinst with a goodwill valuation of the business at the emigration date (art. 3.60/3.61 Wet IB 2001). We want a documented low/mid/high range on our real figures: normalized profit minus an arm's-length owner salary, the resulting overwinst, goodwill and tax, plus the reliefs (MKB-winstvrijstelling, stakingsaftrek) and your view on business vs. personal goodwill. Written and defensible for the file. Phase 2 (later): the M-biljet 2026 and execution. Context: single Amazon USA marketplace, all inventory in the US, owner-dependent business, brand/listings/reviews. Books are in Yuki; we deliver figures clean and organized.
