Dynamic Map of Europe

I need a freelancer to create one dynamic/animated map of Europe that can show respective economic evolution across 35 countries and over 30 years. Gradation of colors, as well as country acronym should be added. The final deliverable should be a single, polished map that can be used for presentation or publication.
