Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

This role is to work in 2 AM - 10 AM IST. We're looking for a Business Central Support Consultant with 4-5 years of experience to provide functional support, resolve support tickets, and build/modify reports and document layouts. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who's comfortable triaging issues independently and communicating fixes clearly. Strong working knowledge of core modules: Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory needed. (Manufacturing or Service module experience is a plus) Work expectations: Design, modify, and troubleshoot report layouts (RDLC and Word-based layouts) for invoices, statements, purchase orders, and other business documents. Build and adjust standard reports and views to meet client reporting needs. Diagnose root causes of recurring issues and recommend configuration or process fixes. Liaise directly with client stakeholders to understand issues, set expectations, and confirm resolutions
