Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant

A professional services firm is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales/CE) and Power Platform consultant to troubleshoot existing process automations, streamline our Lead-to-Account pipeline, and provide ongoing ad-hoc technical advisory. We recently completed a deployment involving document generation and custom workflows, but require an expert to audit non-functioning components, refine our lead progression logic, and implement automated action notifications. Initial Scope (Phase 1 – Diagnostics & Pipeline Fixes) Schema & Metadata Audit: Re-add a missing choice/option-set value across custom entities and audit historical records for data integrity after a solution deployment issue. Document Generation Pipeline Debugging: Diagnose and resolve generation failures in production for our automated document workflow (MSCRM-Addons / DocumentsCorePack integration), ensuring environment parity between Sandbox and Production. Lead Lifecycle & Process Optimization: Review and align existing Business Process Flows (BPFs) across the Lead, Account, and custom entities to ensure smooth qualification and meeting-driven status progression. Future Scope (Phase 2 – Automation & Notifications) Automated Action Notifications: Configure trigger-based alerts and completion notifications (via Outlook/Teams) to notify team members when critical milestones or tasks are marked complete. Scheduled Draft Automations: Build scheduled Power Automate flows to generate recurring draft email reminders from CRM task records. Required Qualifications Proven track record architecting and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/Sales (Leads, Accounts, BPFs, and core lifecycle stages). Hands-on experience configuring and debugging MSCRM-Addons (DocumentsCorePack) pipelines. Strong proficiency in Power Automate (cloud flows, automated alerts, notification hooks, and Outlook integration). Solid understanding of ALM and environment synchronization troubleshooting (Sandbox to Prod).
