Dynamics CRM Specialist Needed – Fix Data Duplication & Sync Issue

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM developer/consultant to investigate and resolve a recurring issue in our CRM environment where duplicate records are being created and causing sync failures with a connected third-party system. Issue Summary: The problem happens under certain conditions — mainly during bulk data imports combined with regular user activity — and results in duplicate entries that break downstream integrations. It's inconsistent and hasn't been easy to pin down, so it needs someone comfortable digging into logs, automation (plugins/workflows), and system configuration to find the actual root cause rather than just applying a quick patch.
