Dyslexia Toolkit & Digital Resource Designer – 3 Toolkits + Reusable Asset Library
Worldwide
We are a UK dyslexia and neurodiversity assessment organisation looking for a designer to create a coordinated range of professional digital resources. We already have the specialist content. We need someone to turn it into polished, accessible, commercially attractive resources. What we need 1. Three premium dyslexia toolkits A consistent design system across: Parent/Child Toolkit Student Toolkit Adult/Workplace Toolkit Each will contain practical guidance, checklists, action plans, templates, strategies and worksheets. The Parent/Child version should feel warm and accessible, the Student version modern and independent, and the Adult version professional and workplace appropriate. 2. Short free resources Using the same design system: a short pre-assessment/free lead resource a short post-diagnosis parent guide a small professionally designed children's booklet: “I've Been Diagnosed With Dyslexia – What Does That Mean for Me?” The children's booklet should feel more like a small published educational/wellbeing book than a worksheet. 3. Reusable asset library We also want reusable assets we can use across future resources, our website and social media, including: icons callout/tip boxes checklist and worksheet styles simple diagrams cover templates social graphics simple illustrations/characters where appropriate We are happy for AI-generated illustration to be used where commercially appropriate, provided the style is consistent. Style We want a look that is: premium and modern dyslexia-accessible neurodiversity-affirming clean and uncluttered warm but not childish professionally credible We do not want a generic Canva/template appearance. Files required Finished PDFs Editable source files Reusable templates/assets Print and screen versions Interactive/clickable elements where useful Commercial usage rights We are happy for the designer to recommend the best combination of InDesign, Acrobat and Canva. Important We would like this quoted as a phased project so we can keep costs sensible. Phase 1: Create the overall visual/design system and a small sample of representative pages/assets. Phase 2: Parent/Child resources. Phase 3: Adapt the established system for Student and Adult/Workplace toolkits. Because the design system will already exist, we would expect the Student and Adult versions to be significantly more cost-effective than creating three completely separate products. Please send: 2–3 relevant examples your fixed price for the initial design/style phase estimated price for the Parent/Child phase estimated price to adapt the design for the Student and Adult versions confirmation that editable files and commercial rights are included.
