Seeking an ERISA & insurance attorney to review an existing agreement that pays a non-licensed person on health insurance. The task involves breaking down the agreement, understanding its components, and assessing the feasibility for our insurance agency to pay out on non-insurance products. Expertise in both ERISA and FL insurance law is essential. As a follow up on this first agreement we will also need to generate an ERISA fiduciary client services agreement from scratch for our health insurance firm.
