Summary

We're looking for someone who lives inside Meta Ads Manager daily and has done this exact cleanup before for e-commerce accounts spending in a similar range. You'll be walking into a situation where the account structure has layers of legacy campaigns, some still running, that nobody fully remembers the rationale behind. There are audiences overlapping in ways that are almost certainly inflating our costs. What we need you to do: Go through every active and paused campaign and tell us what's actually contributing margin. Not revenue. Margin. We need someone who thinks in terms of profit when they look at ad data. Fix the retargeting sequence so there's a real funnel with stages, creative matched to intent level, and upsell logic for existing buyers. Set up reporting that we can actually read on Monday morning and know whether last week moved us forward or not. Build a testing framework for creative that doesn't rely on gut. We want a system. Hooks, formats, copy angles, iterated on a cycle, with kill criteria that are defined before the test starts. If you've turned around an e-commerce ad account that was spending blind and made it profitable with receipts to prove it, we want to talk.
