Ecommerce Fulfillment & Logistics Manager — Shopify, TikTok Shop/FBT & ApparelMagic We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to own and optimize our order, inventory, and fulfillment operations across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT), and ApparelMagic. This is a hands-on operations role. We need someone who can understand how inventory and orders flow between all of our systems, identify problems quickly, troubleshoot discrepancies, and build a reliable fulfillment infrastructure as our ecommerce volume grows. Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end order and fulfillment flow across Shopify, TikTok Shop, FBT, and ApparelMagic * Ensure inventory, SKUs, orders, cancellations, returns, tracking and fulfillment statuses remain synchronized across systems * Manage and audit SKU/product mappings between platforms * Help oversee the transition of additional products and inventory into FBT * Manage FBT inbound shipments, inventory availability, receiving and fulfillment exceptions * Reconcile inventory and order discrepancies between ApparelMagic, Shopify, TikTok and our warehouse/fulfillment partners * Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues and work with technical partners when necessary * Monitor shipping exceptions, delayed orders, cancellations, returns and inventory discrepancies * Work closely with our warehouse and internal operations team * Create clear SOPs and processes for fulfillment and inventory management * Build reporting and alerts so problems are caught before they become larger issues * Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows Key KPIs You’ll Help Manage * On-time shipment / delivery performance * TikTok Shop fulfillment performance * Cancellation rate * Inventory accuracy * Overselling / out-of-stock issues * FBT receiving and inventory discrepancies * Order exceptions * Returns * Shipping costs * Inventory reconciliation Required Experience * Strong hands-on experience managing ecommerce fulfillment and logistics * Strong Shopify operations experience * Experience with TikTok Shop * Experience with Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) strongly preferred * Experience working with an ERP, WMS or inventory management system * Experience with inventory synchronization, SKU mapping and order reconciliation * Comfortable troubleshooting system and integration issues * Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills * Highly organized and proactive Strong Preference Direct ApparelMagic experience is highly preferred. We especially want to hear from candidates who have connected or managed ApparelMagic alongside Shopify, marketplaces, warehouses, 3PLs or other fulfillment platforms.
