Ecommerce Fulfilment & Logistics Expert Needed

I’m launching an ecommerce brand selling a blanket that all in will weigh around 2.2kg packed. So shipping, warehousing, and fulfilment costs are a major part of the business model. I need help building a clear logistics plan before placing a larger production order. I’m looking for an experienced ecommerce logistics / 3PL / fulfilment consultant who can help me work out the best plan of attack for reducing costs and choosing the right fulfilment setup. The goal is to understand the best options for: - shipping from factory to warehouse/3PL whether to fulfil from China, US, or another location direct-to-consumer international parcel shipping - 3PL warehousing and pick/pack costs - packaging optimization - country-by-country shipping strategy whether to use one global 3PL or multiple regional warehouses - how to reduce landed cost per order The product itself is simple, a blanket, but because it is relatively heavy/bulky, I need someone who understands the best route to manage heavier items.
