Ecommerce Inventory Systems Specialist (Odoo + Multi-Channel Integration + Magento)

We are a growing ecommerce company selling across multiple channels in North America, and we need an experienced specialist to design and implement a modern, automated inventory management system. Our current setup includes: * 3 warehouses (1 in the USA, 2 in Canada) * 10+ sales channels including Amazon (multiple accounts), Walmart,etc * 3 Magento websites * Inventory currently managed manually in Excel (needs to be replaced) * Multicurrency We are looking for a highly experienced professional who can **analyze, design, and implement a complete inventory system** that ensures real-time synchronization, prevents overselling, and improves operational efficiency. **Scope of Work:** * Audit our current inventory and operations workflow * Design a scalable inventory architecture (multi-warehouse, multi-channel) * Implement a central inventory system (preferably Odoo or similar) * Integrate Magento, Amazon, and other marketplaces via APIs or connectors * Set up real-time inventory synchronization across all platforms * Define warehouse routing and fulfillment logic * Create reporting dashboards (inventory health, stock levels, dead stock, forecasting) * Train our team on usage and best practices **Requirements:** * Proven experience with Odoo (or similar ERP systems) * Strong experience with multi-channel ecommerce integrations * Experience working with Magento 2 (this is critical) * Understanding of Amazon (multi-account), Walmart, and marketplace operations * Experience with connectors / middleware (API integrations, Pipe17, etc.) * Strong understanding of inventory logic (buffers, forecasting, stock syncing) * Ability to simplify complex systems into clear workflows **Nice to Have:** * Experience with Power BI or advanced reporting tools * Experience scaling ecommerce operations across US/Canada * Background in logistics or supply chain **Project Type:** * Initial setup project (with potential for long-term collaboration) **To Apply, Please Include:** 1.
