Ecommerce Operations Specialist — Shopify / DTC

We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day operational execution of our growing DTC brand. This role will work across Shopify, product launches, inventory, 3PLs, website operations, and customer service. We need someone proactive who can take a project and make sure every step gets completed without constant follow-up. What You'll Own: -Manage new product launches from setup through launch -Maintain Shopify products, SKUs, barcodes, inventory, collections, metadata, and launch dates -Coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs on inventory, shipping, labels, barcodes, and fulfillment -Manage bundles, upsells, pre-orders, website merchandising, and Shopify updates -Coordinate website/PDP tests and work with developers when needed -Help oversee returns, exchanges, and other CS operational processes -Maintain organized trackers, timelines, and documentation -Proactively follow up on projects and resolve blockers Ideal Candidate: -Strong Shopify experience -Experience with 3PLs, inventory, fulfillment, and product launches -Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable owning multiple projects independently -Apparel or physical consumer product experience preferred We're looking for someone who can take ownership of ecommerce operations and keep projects moving from start to finish. This is a part-time role that has the potential to become full-time.
