Edit one short video — vertical + horizontal, captions

I need one short video (about 45 seconds) edited from existing footage of a surgeon explaining a medical procedure. Delivered in two versions: 9:16 vertical for social and 16:9 horizontal for our website. You won't sift through footage — I give you a written brief with the exact source clip, the trim, and where a couple of screen-recording inserts go. For this one video: 16:9 master plus a 9:16 vertical reframe 2–3 short inserts from a screen recording (timecodes provided) Burned-in captions on the vertical; .srt file for the horizontal Basic audio cleanup and leveling No music or motion graphics — keep it plain Captions must match the spoken audio (it's medical content); I can provide a correction list for the tricky terms if needed.
