The manuscript is currently formatted according to MDPI journal guidelines, and I need a professional to meticulously transition the entire document into the official IEEE Access journal format for final submission. Scope of Work and Objectives: The text and scientific content are completely finalized, meaning your role is strictly limited to structural formatting and typesetting. You will need to adjust the document layout to match the required IEEE Access template, ensuring all headings, subheadings, figures, and tables align with their specific design standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for formatting the title page, abstract, and keywords exactly as required by the IEEE Access author guidelines.
