The Nutrition Clarity Foundation is seeking an engaging educational content creator to help build a multimedia food literacy library for community education programs. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable speaking on camera and can create clear, approachable educational videos that help individuals and families better understand food labels, ingredient lists, grocery shopping, and everyday food decisions. This is intended to be a long-term, project-based collaboration. Content will be assigned by Learning Collection, with each project focusing on a specific food literacy topic. Current Learning Collection Our first Learning Collection focuses on Grocery Decision-Making & Value Literacy and may include topics such as: * Grocery store walkthroughs * Product comparisons * Understanding Nutrition Facts labels * Reading ingredient lists * Unit price comparisons * Store brand vs. name brand comparisons * Fresh, frozen, or canned food comparisons * Marketing claims vs. product information * Budget-conscious grocery decision-making What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: * Is comfortable speaking on camera. * Can communicate educational concepts clearly and objectively. * Is comfortable filming in grocery store environments when appropriate. * Can produce engaging educational content with clear audio and video. * Enjoys creating content that helps people learn. Professional studio equipment is not required. We are looking for clear, engaging educational content with good audio and video quality. Smartphone recording is perfectly acceptable. Educational Guidelines All videos created for the Nutrition Clarity Foundation are educational in nature. Creators should: * Explain food labels, ingredient lists, and grocery shopping concepts. * Demonstrate how to compare products and interpret food information. * Present information in a neutral, clear, and non-judgmental manner. Creators should not: * Provide individualized nutrition or medical advice. * Recommend specific diets or eating patterns. * Label foods as “good” or “bad.” * Make health or disease-related claims. Project Structure Each project will include: * A Learning Collection * Assigned video topics * Recording guidelines * A project timeline * An agreed-upon fixed project fee To Apply Please include: * A brief introduction about yourself. * Links to any relevant on-camera or educational content you’ve created. * A short summary of your experience creating educational videos. * Your availability. * Your proposed fixed project fee based on the requested Learning Collection and project scope.
