Educational Infographic Designer Needed

I am the founder of Synapse Coaching, an online nursing education platform designed to help nursing students understand physiology and connect it to clinical practice. I have already developed the educational framework and created draft versions of the associated diagrams. I am now looking for a designer to transform these drafts into a polished, professional, and scalable visual framework. The framework consists of the following components: * Synapse Homeostasis Clinical Loop (inner layer) * Synapse Disruption Process (middle layer) * Synapse Clinical Loop (outer layer) * Physiological Sequence Map * Physiological Connection Map Reference materials, draft designs, and supporting information will be provided to the successful freelancer. Please note that I am not looking for someone to develop the concept itself. The framework already exists. I am looking for someone who can refine, organise, and elevate the visual design. --- ## Existing branding I already have an established colour palette, and these colours should be incorporated into the final design. Typography is currently being finalised, so the design should be created in a way that allows fonts, text styles, and spacing to be updated easily in the future without disrupting the overall layout. Because this framework will continue to evolve over time, flexibility and ease of editing are extremely important. --- ## Software requirements I am open to any software platform (Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or another suitable program). The software itself is not important. The final design simply needs to remain flexible, editable, scalable, and easy to maintain. --- ## Essential requirements The final design must: * be fully editable; * allow colours, typography, icons, and text to be updated easily; * avoid hidden layers, overlays, masks, locked elements, and transparency effects that make future editing difficult; * maintain image quality when enlarged or reduced; * allow the entire design to be resized without disrupting the layout; * be suitable for use within Canva's Infinite Whiteboard feature; * allow additional text boxes, labels, and annotations to be added during teaching sessions; * be suitable for educational videos, presentations, workbooks, PDFs, websites, and social media content; * include editable source files. --- ## Layer structure requirements The three circular layers must function together as a complete framework while also being capable of functioning independently. I need the flexibility to: * display all three layers together; * separate individual layers when required; * enlarge specific sections without losing image quality; * zoom into individual components during tutorials; * move, duplicate, and modify elements if required; * add notes, annotations, and text during teaching sessions. The Physiological Sequence Map and Physiological Connection Map must also remain independent elements so they can be used separately when teaching. This modular structure is essential because the framework will continue to expand and evolve over time. --- ## Design style The design should feel: * clean; * modern; * professional; * intuitive; * visually engaging; * highly organised; * easy to follow. The focus should be on illustrating relationships, patterns, sequences, and physiological connections in a clear and visually engaging way. --- ## Deliverables The successful freelancer will provide: * editable source files; * high-resolution PNG files; * vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, or equivalent); * PDF files; * guidance regarding future editing, if required.
