Educational AI Song Producer (Suno, AI Art, Lyric-Video Editing)
Worldwide
We create short, engaging educational songs that help children aged 8–11 learn and remember new vocabulary. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented AI Music and Video Producer to turn our supplied educational inputs into polished song packages on an ongoing freelance basis. You will not be starting from scratch. For each song, we provide the topic, three target vocabulary words, approved brand examples, editable production templates, and prompt guidance. You will use tools such as Suno or another suitable AI music platform, AI image and video generators, Canva, and your preferred video editor to produce the finished assets. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working efficiently within a repeatable production system, has a strong eye for visual consistency, and can synchronise on-screen lyrics accurately. A successful paid trial may lead to a regular stream of recurring work. You can see an example of the intended finished format here: https://youtu.be/Z_nhe9FZYnA What you will do For each assigned song, you will manage production from initial audio generation through to an organised final-file handoff. Audio production Use our supplied prompt framework ([Genre] + [Instruments] + [Tempo] + [Vocal style] + + [Mood/scene] + "Lyrics must include the words X, Y and Z.")—covering genre, instruments, tempo, vocal style, mood, and required vocabulary—to generate and refine a short educational song. You may use Suno or another suitable AI music tool. Where appropriate, you will also use AI to explore suitable musical styles for the assigned topic. You will add a supplied review section in which our character voice, Armie, repeats the three target words and their definitions at the end of the song. To help with this we will supply access to a specifc tool. Vocabulary artwork and cards Create three child-friendly lightbulb illustrations, one for each target word, using our approved visual workflow. Existing approved artwork will be supplied where available. Place the illustrations into our supplied blank card template. The three cards must be visually consistent, use accurate age-appropriate definitions, and follow the supplied brand guidance. Lyric-video production Create suitable AI-generated visuals possibly using manus and assemble the full lyric video. Overlay the relevant vocabulary cards when each word appears, add captions that exactly match the sung lyrics, and synchronise all on-screen text accurately with the audio. Every caption and definition must be checked for spelling, punctuation, and educational accuracy. Thumbnail and cover artwork Adapt our Canva templates to create a YouTube thumbnail and a podcast/music-platform cover by updating the title, character, and background while preserving the established brand style. Final delivery Name, organise, and save all approved assets in the supplied Google Drive folder. The final handoff should be complete, clearly structured, and easy for another team member to navigate. What we provide We will provide the topic and three target vocabulary words, music prompt instructions, character and background assets, approved or existing word illustrations where available, card templates, Canva thumbnail and cover templates, brand examples, and a clear production brief. About You The ideal freelancer has demonstrable experience with AI music generation, AI image or video generation, lyric-video editing, accurately timed captions, and Canva-based asset production. You should have strong written English, excellent attention to detail, an understanding of content appropriate for children aged 8–11, and the ability to follow templates without losing visual consistency. Application process We use a two-stage selection process. No new production work is required for the initial application. Stage 1 — Application and portfolio review Please include the following in your Upwork proposal: Up to two relevant existing examples of AI-generated music, lyric videos, educational video, AI artwork, or similar production work. A brief description of your role in producing each example. The tools you normally use for music generation, image generation, video generation, editing, captions, and design. Please do not create a new song, image, card, or video for your Stage 1 proposal. We are not requesting unpaid test work. Stage 2 — Short paid production trial After reviewing Stage 1 applications each shortlisted candidate who accepts the trial will receive a separate fixed-price Upwork contract with the milestone funded before work begins.
