Electrical Engineer Needed to Review and Revise Permit Drawings – Philadelphia, PA We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer or electrical designer to review an existing set of electrical drawings and address correction comments issued by the City of Philadelphia. The requested revisions appear to be relatively minor, but we want to ensure that all comments are addressed accurately and that the updated drawings are ready for resubmission and approval. Scope of Work: Review the current electrical drawing set Review the City of Philadelphia correction comments Identify all required changes Revise the electrical drawings accordingly Ensure the plans comply with applicable Philadelphia electrical and building requirements Provide a final, permit-ready PDF drawing set for resubmission Clearly identify or cloud the revisions, if required Provide a signed and sealed drawing set if necessary and if properly licensed to do so Preferred Qualifications: Experience preparing or revising electrical permit drawings Familiarity with City of Philadelphia permitting and eCLIPSE submissions Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and applicable Philadelphia requirements Experience responding to municipal plan-review comments Strong attention to detail and ability to complete revisions efficiently Pennsylvania-licensed professional engineer preferred, especially if the revised drawings require a seal Please include examples of similar electrical permit projects you have completed, particularly projects submitted to the City of Philadelphia or other Pennsylvania municipalities. The existing drawings and correction notice will be provided to the selected candidate.
