Summary

I'm developing a small illuminated product with a very limited surface area, and I need help designing a charging system that can realistically keep it powered on, even with a confined footprint. We're developing a 3D-printed, custom illuminated house numbers product (backlit LED address numbers for outdoor use) and need expert guidance on the electrical and power design side. We currently offer one power source options — 24V transformer, — and need help refining the wiring, power delivery, and overall electrical design so the finished product is safe, reliable, and clean-looking when installed (minimal visible wiring, weatherproof connections, proper outdoor-rated components). Bonus: past work on outdoor or weatherproof lighting products
