Summary

I need an electronics engineer to transform my working prototype of a battery-powered outdoor rotation counter into a production-ready design. The device, used for baseball/softball training, mounts on a tethered-ball hitting station arm, counts full ball rotations using a pulse sensor, and displays the count on a bright 2-digit 7-segment LED. It auto-resets after inactivity and includes a manual reset button. The design must be low-power, IP65-rated, and rugged for outdoor use.
