Elementor: Fix Cross-Site Links + Form Webhooks
Worldwide
We manufacture concrete flooring products and run four regional WordPress sites built with Elementor Pro: nj.duraamen.com dfw.duraamen.com bayarea.duraamen.com nyc.duraamen.com Three of these were cloned from the NYC site and the internal links were never rewritten — they still point back to nyc.duraamen.com. Google Search Console has started excluding pages with "Alternate page with proper canonical tag," meaning our pages are being de-indexed as duplicates. Mobile visitors tapping the menu also get sent to the wrong regional site. We have already diagnosed this and documented every instance. You will receive a step-by-step runbook with the exact search strings. This is execution work, not discovery. SCOPE OF WORK Part 1 — Fix cross-site links (nj, dfw, bayarea only) Using Better Search Replace, replace six specific URL paths on each site: /get-a-quote, /contact-us, /service, /industry, /galleries, /blog. Critical: replace the full paths only. A wholesale domain replace will break our location-switcher menu, which correctly links to nyc.duraamen.com. Take a database backup and run a dry run before each change. Then regenerate Elementor CSS, purge caches, and verify on mobile — the mobile menu is the worst offender. Part 2 — Verify Crawl each of the three sites and confirm no remaining unintended cross-domain links. Provide the crawl output. Part 3 — Add a form field (all four sites) Add one dropdown to the contact and quote forms. We will supply the exact label and options. Part 4 — Configure form webhooks (all four sites) Set up Elementor Forms webhooks to POST submissions to a Google Apps Script endpoint we provide. Confirm each fires correctly with a test submission and send us the payload you receive. Part 5 — Request re-indexing In Google Search Console, submit affected URLs for re-indexing on all three fixed sites. REQUIREMENTS Elementor Pro experience including Theme Builder and Forms with webhooks. You must understand why serialized data requires a proper search-replace tool. Database backup and dry run before any change is non-negotiable. NOT REQUIRED: WooCommerce, design work, content writing, SEO strategy. TO APPLY Answer these two questions — brief answers are fine: Why shouldn't we run a plain SQL UPDATE ... REPLACE() on the postmeta table to change these URLs? Where in Elementor would a link that appears on every page of a site typically live? Please quote a fixed price for the full scope and tell us your availability this week.
