Elixir/Phoenix Developer – Maintain & Improve Realtime AI Translation App **Job Description:** We're looking for an experienced Elixir/Phoenix developer to support our lead programmer in maintaining and improving our existing AI-powered realtime translation platform. This is an established, live application — you'll be working within an existing codebase, not building from scratch. Full technical context, stack details, and working expectations are in the attached onboarding document. **What we're looking for:** - Solid Elixir/Phoenix experience (GenServers, supervisors, OTP) - Familiarity with LiveView, realtime architectures, and ideally WebRTC/audio streaming - Comfortable working independently on defined tasks and flagging blockers early **Note:** A confidentiality agreement (NDA) must be signed before access to the codebase is granted.
