Email Campaign Scheduling Assistant for Marketing Agency

We’re an email marketing agency looking for a reliable assistant to help schedule email campaigns for our eCommerce clients. This is a straightforward role that can easily be trained. Previous Klaviyo experience is not required, although it is a plus. All emails will already be uploaded into Klaviyo, and all customer segments will already be created. Your main responsibility will be making sure campaigns are scheduled correctly and on time. Responsibilities Schedule 1–3 email campaigns per week, per client Schedule campaigns to the correct customer segments at the correct dates/times Double-check campaign settings before scheduling Follow up with clients via Slack to receive email approvals Keep track of upcoming campaigns and deadlines Communicate with our team if anything is delayed or needs attention What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable and organized Comfortable communicating professionally with clients via Slack Able to follow clear processes and instructions Ideally available during PST business hours Klaviyo experience is a plus, but not required. We can train you on everything needed for the role. Compensation & Workload This is an ongoing position with compensation paid per client managed. Each client will typically have 1–3 email campaigns per week that need to be scheduled.
