Email Cold Outreach Account Manager — Set Up & Manage Campaigns

We're a growing marketing agency looking for a long-term Email Cold Outreach Account Manager to set up and run cold email campaigns for our clients. What you'll do: - Set up cold email infrastructure (domains, DNS, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, warm-up) - Build and manage lead lists (scraping, cleaning, verifying) - Write and test cold email sequences and follow-ups - Manage sending tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar) - Monitor deliverability and inbox placement - Report on open rates, reply rates, positive replies, and booked meetings - Ongoing optimization based on results Must-haves: - 1-2+ years running cold email campaigns - Deep knowledge of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, inbox placement) - Hands-on experience with at least one cold outreach tool (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.) - Proven track record with real numbers (open rate, reply rate, meetings booked) - Excellent written English (you'll be writing sequences) - Fast, reliable communication (under 6-hour response time) To apply: - Please answer the screening questions below with real, specific answers.
