Email Deliverability Expert Needed

I am looking for an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to diagnose and fix a deliverability problem with my business email. I use Google Workspace/Gmail with my business domain. My emails are being blocked, rejected, or not delivered properly when sending to Microsoft email addresses, particularly: Outlook.com Hotmail.com Microsoft-hosted email accounts Normal business emails to other providers appear to work, so I need someone who specifically understands Google Workspace-to-Microsoft email deliverability issues. Scope of Work I need you to: Diagnose exactly why Microsoft/Outlook/Hotmail is blocking or rejecting my emails. Review my domain's current email reputation. Check whether my domain or sending IP appears on any relevant blocklists. Review Google Workspace email configuration. Check and correct SPF. Check and correct DKIM. Check and correct DMARC and alignment. Review MX and relevant DNS records. Review actual bounce/rejection messages from Microsoft. Determine whether the issue is DNS/authentication, domain reputation, sending behavior, Microsoft filtering, or another problem. Make the necessary corrections where possible. Test email delivery to Gmail, Outlook/Hotmail, and other major providers after the changes. Provide a short explanation of what caused the problem and what was changed. Give me recommendations to prevent the problem from happening again. Important I am not looking for a general email marketer or someone who only knows how to set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC. I want someone experienced in troubleshooting actual email deliverability problems, especially Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail blocking Google Workspace business domains.
