Email Deliverability Expert

I am looking for an experienced Mailchimp email deliverability specialist to conduct a focused initial review of my email setup. My open rates have declined significantly over the past five months. My developer has recently reviewed and updated the SPF, DKIM and related DNS records, but I need an independent expert to confirm that the authentication is correctly configured and passing. This is an established, permission-based email list. It is not a cold-email or outbound lead-generation project.
