Email Designer (eCommerce) | Full-Time | Remote

About the Role We are a fast-growing eCommerce email marketing agency looking for a creative Email Designer to join our team full-time. If you have a strong eye for design, understand conversion-focused email layouts, and can create engaging emails that match a brand's identity, we'd love to hear from you. Compensation: $500/month Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Location: Remote Responsibilities: Create 8 high-quality email designs per day Manage design work for 7–8 eCommerce brands Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and account managers Design emails that follow each brand's visual identity and guidelines Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed Requirements: At least 1 year of email design experience Excellent English communication skills Strong understanding of email design best practices and conversion-focused layouts Ability to create mobile-responsive, visually appealing email designs Experience designing for different brand styles while maintaining consistency Ability to meet daily deadlines and work independently Preferred: Experience designing emails for eCommerce brands Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms Knowledge of email design strategies, including CTA placement, visual hierarchy, and attention-grabbing layouts Hiring Process: Shortlisted candidates will complete: A portfolio review to evaluate design quality and brand consistency. A short email design assessment based on one of our client brands. A 4-day trial period before joining the team full-time.
