We’re looking for a skilled Email List Building Specialist to research, build, and maintain accurate, targeted email lists for lead generation and outreach campaigns. Responsibilities - Build targeted B2B/B2C email lists based on specific industries, locations, job titles, and company criteria. - Research and collect accurate business and professional contact information. - Find verified email addresses, names, job titles, company details, websites, and LinkedIn profiles. - Use reliable lead-generation and email-verification tools to validate data. - Remove duplicate, outdated, and invalid contacts. - Organize leads in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms. - Maintain high accuracy, consistency, and data quality. - Meet weekly lead-generation targets and deadlines. Requirements - Proven experience in Email List Building, Lead Generation, and Web Research. - Strong knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn, Google, Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. - Ability to follow detailed targeting criteria. - Strong research and organizational skills. - Experience with email verification and data enrichment is preferred.
