Email Marketing Expert for Cold Outreach, Campaign Management and Customer Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Expert who can manage and optimize email marketing campaigns with a strong focus on cold outreach, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions. We need someone who can think beyond simply sending emails. You should be able to develop the strategy, build campaigns, create effective messaging, manage automation and follow-ups, analyze performance, and continuously improve results. What You’ll Be Responsible For Develop and execute email marketing strategies Build and manage cold email campaigns Create high-quality email copy and messaging Build automated email sequences and follow-ups Manage campaign scheduling and sending Create audience segments and targeted campaigns Improve customer acquisition through email Monitor campaign performance and analytics Analyze open rates, replies, clicks, bounces, and conversions Optimize campaigns based on performance Maintain strong email deliverability Work with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms Set up and manage email automations where required Test different messaging, subject lines, offers, and sequences Provide regular reports and recommendations Continuously improve the overall email marketing system What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate should have strong experience in: Email Marketing Cold Email Marketing B2B Outreach Customer Acquisition Campaign Management Email Automation Email Copywriting Email Deliverability Segmentation & Personalization Campaign Analytics Conversion Optimization You should be comfortable taking ownership of campaigns and recommending improvements rather than simply following instructions. We want an expert who understands both strategy and execution. Paid Test The initial $5 contract is a paid test period. This test will allow us to evaluate your email marketing knowledge, communication, accuracy, campaign strategy, and quality of work. If the test is successful and your performance meets our expectations, we are interested in a long-term working relationship. Our expected long-term monthly budget will be approximately $3,000–$4,500/month, depending on your experience, performance, responsibilities, and final scope of work.
