We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who knows how to write emails that actually get opened, read, and replied to. Experience marketing to investors, high-net-worth individuals, real estate investors, or financial audiences is a major plus. What You'll Do Write high-converting email campaigns from scratch Improve subject lines to increase open rates Increase click-through rates and email replies Build weekly email newsletters Create automated email sequences and nurture campaigns Segment email lists for better personalization A/B test subject lines, copy, send times, and CTAs Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize Work with our team to create educational and promotional content Help turn cold leads into booked investor calls Ideal Candidate You should have experience with: Email marketing (3+ years preferred) Investor marketing, real estate, private equity, finance, or capital raising (preferred) Copywriting that drives conversations and conversions Email automation platforms List segmentation Deliverability best practices A/B testing Analytics and reporting Bonus if you've worked with: GoHighLevel (GHL) Mailchimp ActiveCampaign HubSpot Klaviyo ConvertKit What Success Looks Like You're focused on measurable results, including: Higher open rates Higher click-through rates More email replies More booked investor calls Better engagement from our investor database Increased conversion from lead to appointment
