Email Marketing Specialist

Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cold Outreach Specialist to help run outbound email and direct mail campaigns. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, personalize outreach, and optimize campaign performance. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys lead generation, marketing outreach, and data organization. Responsibilities: Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and online databases. Research companies and decision-makers. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to create personalized outreach messages. Prepare and launch cold email campaigns. Write compelling subject lines and follow-up sequences. Manage email outreach platforms. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Prepare mailing lists for physical direct mail campaigns. Coordinate with print-and-mail vendors for direct mail execution. Maintain accurate CRM and outreach records. Generate weekly progress reports. Requirements: Experience with cold email outreach. Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Strong English writing skills. Excellent research and data-entry abilities. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable learning new software. Able to work independently.
