Email Marketing Specialist

We're a premium fashion brand looking for a part-time email marketing specialist to own our weekly email campaigns end to end. This means everything — strategy, copywriting, design, and scheduling. You'll be responsible for writing compelling email copy that matches our brand voice, designing the visual assets that accompany each email, and getting everything scheduled and sent to our customer list on time each week. Each email follows a proven structure that performs well with our audience, and we have clear examples of past campaigns to share with the right candidate so you can hit the ground running. The content mix includes single product features, promotional flash sale emails, holiday and event-tied campaigns, and monthly bestseller recaps. You should be comfortable writing in a witty, relatable, premium tone — not salesy, not stiff — and designing clean, minimal email visuals that match a high-end fashion aesthetic. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with email copywriting, graphic design for email (Figma or equivalent), and an email marketing platform like Omnisend, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp. You should be able to take a product, an angle, and a send date and turn it into a finished, scheduled email without hand-holding. Fashion or e-commerce experience is a strong plus. If you've worked with a DTC brand before, even better. This is a part-time remote role with a predictable workload.
