Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist — a true pro, not someone learning on the job — to own newsletter and SMS marketing across our client accounts. This is a dedicated, hands-on role — not general inbox management — focused on planning, writing, and executing email/SMS campaigns that drive real results across multiple brands. What You'll Do Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promos, automated flows) across multiple client accounts Build and manage SMS marketing campaigns Independently plan promotional calendars and offers for clients Communicate with clients as needed to coordinate promotions, discounts, and campaign timing Coordinate with our growth strategist on account priorities and performance goals Maintain consistent send cadences and campaign quality across accounts What We're Looking For Proven, hands-on experience running email marketing for real businesses — this is not an entry-level position Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo required; comfortable building flows, segments, and campaigns independently Solid experience with SMS marketing tools and best practices Fluent English, written and verbal — this is a must Strong copywriting skills — able to write compelling, on-brand promotional copy that converts Able to plan and execute campaigns independently, not just work off a brief Comfortable communicating directly with clients on promos, offers, and timing Highly organized and reliable with multiple accounts and deadlines running at once Available during weekday EST business hours — this is a must Why Work With Us Fully remote options Work across a variety of client brands and industries Room to grow into a larger role as the agency scales To apply, share an example of an email or SMS campaign you planned and wrote, and the result it drove.
