Email Marketing Strategist: Cold Outreach, Deliverability, Campaign Setup

We're Canopy Creative Co. We sell AI training and systems work to small business owners doing $250K to $3M in revenue. Cold outbound to that audience is the main channel we're building. I'm looking for an email marketing specialist to own the strategy and execution side of our email program while I own the writing. How we'd work together: - You advise on strategy: domain and inbox warming, list building and lead sourcing, funnel structure, segmentation, cadence - I write the copy based on your recommendations - I hand you the HTML, you build, schedule, and send the campaigns - You run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and structure - You report on deliverability, opens, clicks, and reply rates, and tell me what to change next What I'm looking for: someone with a real track record who can walk me through email programs they've improved and the actual numbers behind it. I care more about what moved and why than a list of tools you know. Ongoing part-time work, starting with a small paid project so we can both see how we work together.
