You should understand the complete process of finding the right prospects → creating targeted messaging → launching outreach → managing follow-ups → analyzing results → optimizing campaigns. Paid Test The initial $5 contract is a paid test period. This test is designed to evaluate your skills, accuracy, communication, lead quality, email marketing knowledge, and ability to execute the required work. If the test is successful and we are satisfied with your performance, we are interested in continuing with the right person on a long-term basis. Our expected long-term monthly budget will be approximately $3,000–$4,500/month, depending on your experience, performance, responsibilities, and final scope of work.
