Email Migration from MS to Google Workspace.

Summary

I have a MS Business Premium subscription but currently have a tenant block that needs to be lifted. No explanation for it and Authenticator does not work. I would like to migrated away from MS to Google Workspace and have MFA set up so that I don't use an Authenticator (too glitchy and too easy to lose access to my email). I am fine with just a password and code to back up email.
