B2B Email Outreach Specialist We're building a pipeline of wholesale buyers and distributors across Europe and North America for a vegetable import/export operation. We need a sharp B2B outreach specialist who can hit the ground running with minimal direction. What you'll do: Audit and refine an existing contact list — clean, segment, and enrich it Research and add new qualified leads: wholesalers, distributors, and buyers in Europe and North America Write and send targeted cold outreach emails with the goal of booking introductory calls Track open rates, replies, and booked calls — weekly reporting required Join a weekly 1-on-1 to review results, adjust messaging, and adapt strategy What we need: Proven B2B cold email experience — outbound only, not newsletters Hands-on with Apollo.io or similar AI prospecting tools (Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) Strong written English — clear, professional, no fluff Availability that covers both European and North American business hours Comfortable working async, adapting week to week based on what the data shows Bonus: background in food, produce, agriculture, or import/export Details: Rate: $10/hr Weekly 1-on-1 check-in (short, focused) Long-term for the right person To apply: Send a short note — 3 to 5 sentences — covering your outbound email experience, which tools you use, and one result you're proud of.
