Email deliverability audit & repair — GoHighLevel (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain reputation) The situation I run an online training academy in the UK. My email list is my main sales channel and it has effectively stopped working. Current numbers (1 June to date, GoHighLevel): - ~43,000 emails delivered across roughly 27 campaigns - 6% open rate - Close to 0% click rate List context: - ~6,500 contacts total - Currently only sending to a smart-list segment of ~1,585 who have engaged in the last six months - I believe deliverability has been degrading for around three years, largely unmanaged - No contacts have been deleted, only suppressed from sending I'm treating this as a deliverability and domain reputation problem rather than a content or engagement problem, but I want an expert opinion rather than my own guess. **What I want first (this hire)** A fixed-price audit with a short written findings document covering: 1. SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration — are they present, correct and passing? 2. Sending domain setup — root domain vs dedicated subdomain 3. Shared vs dedicated sending infrastructure within GHL, and whether that's contributing 4. Domain and IP reputation — Google Postmaster Tools, blacklist checks 5. List hygiene — bounces, spam complaints, hard-bounce handling 6. A prioritised fix list, with an honest view of how long recovery is likely to take **Likely follow-on work** If the audit goes well I'd want to hire you to implement the fixes and design a warm-up plan. I'd rather build a working relationship than do this once. **Timeline** I'd like to start this week.
