We run a property management and hospitality business across four markets, and we've never really used email properly. We want someone to take it over. The job is to get landlords booking calls with our sales team. You'd write the emails, design them, and build the sequences in Mailchimp. Three groups to work with: B2B partners, leads who came in recently, and a much older list we've never contacted. We're not after content for the sake of it. We look at calls booked, not open rates. If something isn't working we'd rather you told us and we killed it. You'll need to know deliverability properly (domain setup, warm-up, sender reputation) because a big part of this is waking up an old list without wrecking our domain. (Open to monthly retainer)
