You will be responsible for bringing this architecture to life by creating the production PCB files, full firmware repository, and 3D enclosure models. What We Provide to You on Day 1: Detailed Technical PRD & Architecture Document: Full netlist for the carrier PCB (power conditioning, optocoupler level-shifting, TVS surge protection, RC noise filtering, and connector pinouts). Complete Continental sensor signal decoding math (frequency to ethanol %, duty cycle to fuel temp). Starter C++ code structure illustrating Core 0 interrupt processing and Core 1 LVGL UI setup. up. UI/UX Design & Asset Package: High-resolution visual mockups and layout coordinate specifications. Ready-to-use 24-bit transparent PNG graphics (boot_logo.png, bg_track.png, arc_gradient.png, temp_track.png). Vector logo files (.AI SVG) and typography (.TTF). F). Your Required Deliverables (Scope of Work): 1. Carrier PCB Design & Manufacturing Package (KiCad or Altium) Schematic Capture: Draw the schematic in KiCad/Altium based on our provided netlist and component specs. 2-Layer PCB Layout: Route a 1.6\text mm FR4 carrier board that plugs directly into the rear of the 1.46" RP2350 display board. Rear Connector Integration: Incorporate a male Deutsch DT 3-Pin or 4-Pin Flange PCB Header (DT13/DT15 series). Production Files: Deliver Gerber, Drill, Pick-and-Place (CPL), and SMT Bill of Materials (BOM with Mouser/DigiKey part numbers) ready for automated assembly (JLCPCB) 2. Production C++ Firmware Repository (Pico SDK / LVGL) Complete Firmware Codebase: Develop the production-ready C++ firmware repository using the Raspberry Pi Pico SDK and LVGL (v8/v9). Display & Touch Drivers: Integrate QSPI drivers for the 1.46" round display (480 \times 480) and I2C capacitive touch drivers (CST816 series). Dual-Core Execution: . 3. 3D Mechanical Enclosure CAD Required Qualifications: Proposal Submission Requirements: Please include the following in your bid: Core 0: Hardware timer interrupts/PIO sampling GPIO 20 for flex fuel frequency and pulse width, implementing an 8-sample moving average filter. Core 1: LVGL 60 FPS graphics engine, converting provided PNG assets into C-arrays, rendering dynamic arc fills, and managing PWM backlight fade animations. Non-Volatile Storage (NVS): Flash memory driver to save unit preferences (°C / °F) when toggled via touch. Build System: Deliver a clean CMakeLists.txt build system for simple compilation. 3D CAD Model: Design a .STEP model for a standard 52mm (2-1/16") outer diameter cylindrical sleeve to house the display stack and carrier board. Features: Internal board standoffs, rear Deutsch DT flange mount, and downward-facing thermal ventilation slots. Material Spec: Optimized for high-temperature 3D printing (PETG, ABS, ASA) or CNC aluminum. Demonstrated experience in automotive electronics, PCB design (KiCad/Altium), and power/transient protection. Advanced C++ skills with the Raspberry Pi Pico SDK (RP2040/RP2350 dual-core architecture). Proven experience developing embedded GUIs using LVGL, including custom drivers and image array conversions. Proficiency in 3D mechanical CAD modeling (.STEP files). Examples of previous microcontroller PCB designs and embedded GUI/LVGL projects.
