US-based CPA needed to deliver a signed Engagement Letter for Year 1 tax filing of my Florida single-member LLC (foreign-owned, French national founder). LLC formed in 2026. Phase 1 — This contract ($100 fixed): Review of LLC formation docs (Articles, EIN, Operating Agreement) Signed Engagement Letter for Year 1 tax filing services Delivered as soon as possible Phase 2 — Separate contract in Q1 2027 ($250): Form 5472 + Form 1120 + Florida state return Context: This upfront engagement is required for my E-2 visa application dossier. Requirements: US-based CPA Experience with foreign-owned single-member LLCs and Form 5472 Available to deliver Engagement Letter In your proposal, please confirm: You can deliver within 48-72h You accept the two-phase structure ($150 now + $200 in Q1 2027 as separate contract) You've already completed foreign-owned LLC
