AI Engineer | Grok Bot + Grok Personal + Grok Business | Cursor | Sydney 12 Noon to 5pm

Read this first. We already have the agent layout. This is not a research job and not a “come and design our AI strategy” job. You will implement and operate Grok agents in Cursor for a group that is already using AI. Grok Bot, Grok Personal, and Grok Business. People in the business need to actually use the agents we have mapped. You make that happen in the morning shift. Software stack You must be able to use and understand Composio. That is not optional. The working stack is Cursor, Grok, Composio, monday.com, Telegram (TG), and our other tools. Do not invent a second stack. Xero and a working understanding of accounts is an advantage. Hours That is the job. If you cannot cover that window every weekday of 12 Noon to 5pm, do not apply. Who you work with - The Founder in the morning - Our existing AI person in the afternoon (handover, not overlap-as-default). They are high-level. You are not replacing them. You are the morning operator and implementer so the system keeps moving while they are offline. What you own - Build and run Grok Bot / Grok Personal / Grok Business setup in Cursor - Implement the agents we have already mapped - Get named people in the business using those agents - Keep the morning lane moving: setup, prompts, handoff notes, fixes, next jobs ready for the afternoon AI person - Work inside our existing stack: Cursor, Grok, Composio, monday.com, Telegram, and the rest of what we already run What you do not own - Redesigning the whole agent map from scratch - Being the Founder’s EA - Afternoon coverage - Hiring, payroll, or running the businesses First 90 hours This is 2026. We do not do a 90-day onboarding story. In the first 90 hours: learn the existing agent layout, stand up Grok Bot + Grok Personal + Grok Business so they actually run, put the first mapped people onto the right agents, and leave a clean handover for the afternoon AI person. You must already use AI yourself. Cursor is the working environment. Grok is the model. Composio is how tools get connected. If Cursor, Grok, or Composio is optional for you, do not apply. This is a long-term seat for someone progressive who wants to work inside a team that is actually using AI, not talking about it. Do not apply if you only write prompts for fun, you need a 9–5 US afternoon, you want to replace our existing AI person, or you treat Cursor or Composio as optional. When applying, answer 1.
