# AI Engineer Needed — Instagram DM Sales Agent + ManyChat + GHL + Long-Term Memory I'm looking for an experienced **AI automation/agent engineer** to build an intelligent Instagram DM sales system for my credit repair and funding business. I do **not** want a basic scripted ManyChat flow or FAQ chatbot. I want an AI sales agent that can have natural conversations with leads, sound like me, remember previous conversations, qualify prospects, answer questions/objections, update my CRM, and guide people toward the appropriate next step. ## Customer Flow **Instagram Content/Ads → Follow → Comment/DM → AI Conversation → Qualification → GHL → Skool / Funding Form / Offer / Human Takeover** ## What the AI Needs to Do * Integrate with Instagram DMs, preferably through ManyChat * Have natural, human-like conversations instead of rigid scripted flows * Learn my communication style from my real DMs, content, FAQs, offers, and examples * Maintain **long-term memory for individual leads**, including conversations from weeks/months earlier * Remember goals, previous answers, objections, links sent, and sales stage * Identify whether someone needs credit repair, funding, education, support, etc. * Ask intelligent qualification questions * Answer service, pricing, and general questions * Handle common sales objections * Route credit repair/education leads toward my **Skool community** * Qualify funding leads and send the appropriate **funding form** * Recognize when a human should take over the conversation ## GoHighLevel CRM Integration The system should automatically **create and update leads inside GoHighLevel** as Instagram conversations happen. GHL should store relevant information such as: * Contact information / Instagram handle * Credit repair vs. funding interest * Qualification answers * Lead status/stage * Important conversation details * Objections * Forms or offers already sent * AI-generated conversation summary * Whether human follow-up is needed The AI should also be able to move leads through the appropriate **GHL pipeline stages** as they progress. ## Technical Expectations I'm open to the best architecture. ManyChat can be the Instagram messaging/trigger layer, but I'm open to a **custom AI backend + database** for long-term memory, business logic, and lead profiles. Potential stack: **Instagram + ManyChat → AI Agent/LLM → Long-Term Memory/Database → GoHighLevel → Skool / Funding Form / Human** Technology could include OpenAI/Claude, APIs/webhooks, PostgreSQL/Supabase, n8n/Make, etc. I'm more interested in **reliability and quality than forcing a specific technology.** ## Example of What I Want I have screenshots of an existing Instagram AI sales bot that: * Remembers conversations from months earlier * Talks naturally like the business owner * Remembers information about the lead * Asks contextual qualification questions * Determines which offer makes sense * Handles objections * Sends people into a Skool community * Routes qualified funding leads appropriately I can provide these examples to the selected engineer. ## First Milestone I'd prefer to start with a working prototype. I should be able to have a **20+ message Instagram conversation**, leave, come back later, and have the AI remember who I am, what I told it, and what the appropriate next step is.
