Summary

### Product Description I am developing a **compact, portable oxygen-delivery device with a vape-style, push-down mouthpiece**. The concept is designed as a small, handheld device that allows the user to activate a controlled release of compressed oxygen through a simple push-down mechanism. The proposed internal configuration consists of: * **Push-down vape-style mouthpiece** – A compact top-mounted mouthpiece that the user presses down to activate the dispensing mechanism. * **Normally closed dispensing valve** – Keeps the oxygen sealed inside the device when not in use and opens only when the mouthpiece is activated. * **Metering chamber / calibrated restrictor** – Controls and regulates the amount and flow of oxygen released with each activation. * **Compressed oxygen chamber** – A small internal chamber designed to store compressed oxygen. * **Self-sealing oxygen refill valve** – Allows the internal chamber to be safely refilled while maintaining a sealed system when disconnected from the filling source. * **Recessed concave base** – A recessed bottom design intended to provide stability, protect the refill mechanism, and contribute to the overall compact form factor. The goal is to develop a **functional, compact, ergonomic prototype** with a clean consumer-product appearance. I am looking for a mechanical/product design engineer who can translate this concept into a manufacturable design, including **3D CAD modeling, internal component layout, valve and metering mechanism integration, material selection, tolerances, and prototype development**. The final design should prioritize **controlled gas flow, leak resistance, ease of assembly/refilling, durability, and user safety**. Any claims regarding anxiety relief or medical/therapeutic benefits should be evaluated separately and should not be assumed as part of the engineering design. ### Expected Deliverables * 3D CAD model of the complete device * Detailed internal component design * Exploded assembly * Engineering drawings with dimensions and tolerances * Valve and metering mechanism integration * Material recommendations * Prototype/manufacturing recommendations * Files suitable for prototype fabrication and future manufacturing * Assistance refining the design based on prototype testing ### Product Description I am developing a **compact, portable oxygen-delivery device with a vape-style, push-down mouthpiece**.
