QA Engineer | AI Product Experience & Payment Testing

We are looking for a QA Engineer to test our AI powered product from a real user’s perspective. The focus is on making sure the product is easy to use, reliable, and ready for customers. Responsibilities Test signup, onboarding, AI features, user flows, and account management. Test pricing, checkout, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, and access after payment. Identify UX issues, broken flows, validation problems, and edge cases. Perform regression testing after fixes and verify everything works across desktop and mobile. Create clear bug reports with steps, screenshots, expected results, and actual results. Requirements 2+ years of QA experienceStrong manual and exploratory testing skills Experience testing SaaS or AI products Experience testing Stripe or similar payment systems Good understanding of user experience and end to end testing Strong attention to detail and communication skills
