AI Engineer

Job Title: Experienced AI / ML Engineer About the Role: Seeking a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with our engineering team to integrate generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation into our existing applications and product workflows. Key Responsibilities: Model Development & Integration: Fine-tune, evaluate, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and custom ML algorithms into production environments. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. Optimization & Performance: Benchmark model performance, optimize latency, reduce token/API costs, and ensure reliability. API & System Architecture: Develop robust APIs and backend services to interface between AI services and front-end applications. Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. Practical expertise with modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) and vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant). Solid background in software engineering, API development (FastAPI/Flask), and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP, Docker). Clear communication skills and ability to solve complex problem statements independently.
